HOW CAN I CONTACT A SELLER TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT?
Due to privacy reasons, there is not a way to directly message the seller. However if you email us with your question, we can contact them for you!
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
The buyer pays for purchased items to be shipped, the cost is calculated at checkout. For sellers: It is very important to list correct shipping details when listing your item for sale!
I GOT A NOTIFICATION THAT ONE OF MY ITEMS SOLD, NOW WHAT?
Congratulations! We will email you a prepaid shipping label for you to print. Pack your item with the label taped to the box, and drop off at your local USPS drop off location. The item will automatically start tracking in the app for both the buyer & seller to receive updates once the item has been scanned by USPS.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Only clothing items can be returned if they do not fit, the buyer pays for the return shipping cost.
WHAT IF THE SELLER NEVER SHIPS THE ITEM I BOUGHT?
If the seller does not ship their item(s) within three to five business days the sale is canceled and refunded. The listing will be deleted from the platform.
